1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or "EULA") form a binding agreement between you and KolekciApps ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the mobile application PDFai – AI PDF Editor & Chat (bundle identifier com.pdfai.editor) (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This EULA supplements, and does not replace, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA") available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If any conflict exists, the Apple Standard EULA governs for App Store distributions to the extent of the conflict; otherwise these Terms apply.
2. LICENSE TO USE THE APP
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded or Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the applicable app store's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. FREE AND PRO FEATURES
The App offers both free and paid ("Pro") features.
• Free features include file conversions (PDF to and from Word, Excel, image and HTML) and opening, viewing and searching documents. Non-Pro users see advertising, including interstitial and rewarded ads.
• Pro features (unlocked by subscription) include the AI chat assistant, document signing, and additional tools such as merge, split/compress, encrypt/unlock, full text editing and OCR.
The specific allocation of features between free and Pro may change as the App evolves. A rewarded-ad option may let non-Pro users access certain Pro tools once after watching an ad.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (AUTO-RENEWABLE)
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription managed through RevenueCat and billed by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Subscription durations and prices (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) are shown in the App before you purchase and may vary by region and currency.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies; we do not directly process payments or refunds.
5. AI FEATURES AND DISCLAIMER
The AI assistant uses Google's Gemini service to answer questions about and summarize your documents and to analyze attached images. To do this, the extracted text of your active document, your prompts, and any images you attach are sent to Google for processing (see the Privacy Policy).
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and may not reflect the full content of your document. The AI does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on or acting on it. Do not submit content to the AI that you are not permitted to share with a third-party AI provider.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to use the App to:
• Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Upload, process or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to circumvent advertising, subscription gating, or security measures.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the App or its underlying services.
• Use the App or its AI features to generate or facilitate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. YOUR CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
You retain all rights to the documents, images and files you use with the App ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content, for having the necessary rights to it, and for any consequences of processing it through the App, including sending it to third-party services such as Google Gemini or syncing it to your own Google Drive or iCloud. Most processing happens on your device; we do not operate a server that stores Your Content.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks (but excluding Your Content and third-party materials), is owned by KolekciApps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party libraries and services are owned by their respective owners and used under their licenses.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on third-party services including Google Gemini (AI), Google AdMob (advertising), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Apple (payments, App Tracking Transparency, iCloud), and optionally Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts or omissions. Following the in-app contact link opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms.
10. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP, INCLUDING CONVERSIONS, OCR AND AI OUTPUT, WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOLEKCIAPPS AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DOCUMENTS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
12. TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by ceasing to use and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license in Section 2 ends and you must stop using the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 8, 10, 11 and 13) survive termination. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any subscription, which is governed by Apple's policies.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. For App Store distributions, Apple's Standard EULA terms regarding governing law also apply where required.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and post the revised Terms. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. CONTACT AND APPLE NOTICE
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and KolekciApps, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support, warranty, product-liability or legal claims relating to the App are our responsibility, not Apple's, to the extent provided in the Apple Standard EULA.

1. BU KOŞULLARIN KABULÜ
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar" veya "EULA"), sizinle KolekciApps ("biz", "bize", "bizim") arasında PDFai – AI PDF Editor & Chat adlı mobil uygulamayı (paket kimliği com.pdfai.editor) ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenleyen bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Bu EULA, https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ adresinde bulunan Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesini ("Apple Standart EULA") tamamlar, onun yerine geçmez. Herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, App Store dağıtımları için çelişki kapsamında Apple Standart EULA geçerlidir; aksi halde bu Koşullar uygulanır.
2. UYGULAMAYI KULLANMA LISANSI
Bu Koşullara tabi olarak, size; sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı ya da Android cihazlarda, ilgili uygulama mağazasının kullanım kurallarına uygun olarak, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için Uygulamayı indirip kullanmanıza yönelik sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Yasanın bu kısıtlamayı yasakladığı durumlar hariç olmak üzere, Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
3. ÜCRETSIZ VE PRO ÖZELLIKLER
Uygulama hem ücretsiz hem de ücretli ("Pro") özellikler sunar.
• Ücretsiz özellikler; dosya dönüştürmeleri (PDF'den ve PDF'ye Word, Excel, görsel ve HTML) ile belgeleri açma, görüntüleme ve arama içerir. Pro olmayan kullanıcılar, geçiş (interstitial) ve ödüllü reklamlar dahil reklam görür.
• Pro özellikler (abonelikle açılır); yapay zekâ sohbet asistanı, belge imzalama ve birleştirme, bölme/sıkıştırma, şifreleme/şifre açma, tam metin düzenleme ve OCR gibi ek araçları içerir.
Özelliklerin ücretsiz ve Pro arasındaki dağılımı, Uygulama geliştikçe değişebilir. Bir ödüllü reklam seçeneği, Pro olmayan kullanıcıların bir reklam izledikten sonra belirli Pro araçlarına bir kez erişmesine olanak tanıyabilir.
4. ABONELIK KOŞULLARI (OTOMATIK YENILENEN)
Pro; RevenueCat aracılığıyla yönetilen ve Apple tarafından faturalandırılan, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak sunulur.
• Satın alma onaylandığında ücret Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz sürece abonelik, o anki fiyat üzerinden aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Hesabınız, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde yenileme için ücretlendirilir.
• Aboneliğinizi satın aldıktan sonra App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir, iptal edebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
• Abonelik süreleri ve fiyatları (örneğin haftalık, aylık, yıllık) satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir ve bölgeye ve para birimine göre değişebilir.
• Sunulduğu durumlarda, bir ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın aldığınızda kaybedilir.
İadeler, App Store politikalarına uygun olarak Apple tarafından işlenir; ödemeleri veya iadeleri doğrudan biz işlemeyiz.
5. YAPAY ZEKÂ ÖZELLIKLERI VE SORUMLULUK REDDI
Yapay zekâ asistanı; belgeleriniz hakkında soruları yanıtlamak, onları özetlemek ve eklenen görselleri analiz etmek için Google'ın Gemini hizmetini kullanır. Bunun için etkin belgenizin çıkarılan metni, komutlarınız ve eklediğiniz görseller işlenmek üzere Google'a gönderilir (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
Yapay zekâ çıktısı yanlış, eksik, güncel olmayan veya yanıltıcı olabilir ve belgenizin tüm içeriğini yansıtmayabilir. Yapay zekâ; profesyonel, hukuki, tıbbi, finansal veya diğer uzman tavsiyesi sağlamaz. Herhangi bir yapay zekâ çıktısına güvenmeden veya ona göre hareket etmeden önce onu incelemekten ve doğrulamaktan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısıyla paylaşmaya yetkili olmadığınız içerikleri yapay zekâya göndermeyin.
6. KABUL EDILEBILIR KULLANIM VE YASAK DAVRANIŞLAR
Uygulamayı şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:
• Fikri mülkiyet, gizlilik veya mahremiyet hakları dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir yasayı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek.
• Yasa dışı, ihlal edici veya kullanma hakkına sahip olmadığınız içerikleri yüklemek, işlemek veya paylaşmak.
• Reklamları, abonelik kısıtlamalarını veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak.
• Uygulamaya veya altta yatan hizmetlerine müdahale etmek, onları bozmak, aşırı yüklemek veya tersine mühendislik yapmak.
• Uygulamayı veya yapay zekâ özelliklerini yasa dışı, zararlı, aldatıcı veya kötüye kullanım içeren içerik oluşturmak ya da bunu kolaylaştırmak için kullanmak.
Bu Koşulların ihlali durumunda erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
7. İÇERIĞINIZ VE SORUMLULUĞUNUZ
Uygulamayla kullandığınız belgeler, görseller ve dosyalar ("İçeriğiniz") üzerindeki tüm haklar size aittir. İçeriğiniz üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmeyiz. İçeriğinizden, gerekli haklara sahip olmaktan ve Google Gemini gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlere göndermek ya da kendi Google Drive veya iCloud'unuza senkronize etmek dahil olmak üzere Uygulama aracılığıyla işlenmesinin sonuçlarından yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. İşlemlerin çoğu cihazınızda gerçekleşir; İçeriğinizi saklayan bir sunucu işletmiyoruz.
8. FIKRI MÜLKIYET
Uygulama; yazılımı, tasarımı, metinleri, grafikleri ve ticari markaları dahil (ancak İçeriğiniz ve üçüncü taraf materyalleri hariç) KolekciApps'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Bölüm 2'de verilen lisans dışında size hiçbir hak devredilmez. Üçüncü taraf kütüphaneleri ve hizmetleri ilgili sahiplerine aittir ve kendi lisansları kapsamında kullanılır.
9. ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF HIZMETLER
Uygulama; Google Gemini (yapay zekâ), Google AdMob (reklam), RevenueCat (abonelikler), Apple (ödemeler, App Tracking Transparency, iCloud) ve isteğe bağlı olarak Google ile Oturum Açma ve Google Drive dahil üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır. Bu özellikleri kullanımınız aynı zamanda bu sağlayıcıların koşullarına ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinden, bunların kullanılabilirliğinden veya eylem ya da ihmallerinden sorumlu değiliz. Uygulama içi iletişim bağlantısını izlemek, Meta tarafından kendi koşulları kapsamında işletilen WhatsApp'ı açar.
10. GARANTI REDDI
UYGULAMA, AÇIK, ZIMNİ VEYA YASAL HERHANGİ BİR TÜRDE GARANTİ OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" SAĞLANIR; BUNA SATILABİLİRLİK, BELİRLİ BİR AMACA UYGUNLUK, DOĞRULUK VE İHLAL ETMEME ZIMNİ GARANTİLERİ DAHİLDİR. UYGULAMANIN, DÖNÜŞTÜRMELER, OCR VE YAPAY ZEKÂ ÇIKTISI DAHİL, HATASIZ, KESİNTİSİZ, GÜVENLİ OLACAĞINI VEYA SONUÇLARIN DOĞRU YA DA GÜVENİLİR OLACAĞINI GARANTİ ETMEYİZ. BAZI YARGI BÖLGELERİ BELİRLİ GARANTİLERİN HARİÇ TUTULMASINA İZİN VERMEDİĞİNDEN, BAZI İSTİSNALAR SİZE UYGULANMAYABİLİR.
11. SORUMLULUĞUN SINIRLANDIRILMASI
YASANIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE, KOLEKCIAPPS VE TEDARİKÇİLERİ; UYGULAMAYI KULLANMANIZDAN (VEYA KULLANAMAMANIZDAN) KAYNAKLANAN YA DA BUNUNLA İLGİLİ HERHANGİ BİR DOLAYLI, ARIZİ, ÖZEL, SONUÇSAL VEYA CEZAİ ZARARDAN YA DA HERHANGİ BİR VERİ, BELGE, KÂR VEYA İTİBAR KAYBINDAN, BU TÜR ZARARLARIN OLASILIĞI BİLDİRİLMİŞ OLSA BİLE, SORUMLU OLMAYACAKTIR. UYGULAMAYLA İLGİLİ HERHANGİ BİR TALEPTE TOPLAM SORUMLULUĞUMUZ, (A) TALEPTEN ÖNCEKİ 12 AY İÇİNDE UYGULAMA İÇİN BİZE ÖDEDİĞİNİZ TUTAR VEYA (B) 50 ABD DOLARI'NDAN HANGİSİ BÜYÜKSE ONU AŞMAYACAKTIR. BU KOŞULLARDAKİ HİÇBİR HÜKÜM, GEÇERLİ YASA UYARINCA SINIRLANDIRILAMAYAN SORUMLULUĞU SINIRLAMAZ.
12. FESIH
Bu Koşullar, feshedilene kadar yürürlükte kalır. Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakıp kaldırarak feshedebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine, Bölüm 2'deki lisans sona erer ve Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmanız gerekir. Nitelikleri gereği geçerliliğini sürdürmesi gereken hükümler (Bölüm 7, 8, 10, 11 ve 13 dahil) fesihten sonra da yürürlükte kalır. Fesih, sizi otomatik olarak herhangi bir abonelik iadesine hak kazandırmaz; bu, Apple'ın politikalarıyla yönetilir.
13. UYGULANACAK HUKUK
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. İkamet ettiğiniz ülkede sahip olabileceğiniz zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarına tabi olmak kaydıyla, bu Koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul, Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. App Store dağıtımları için, gerekli olduğu yerlerde Apple Standart EULA'nın uygulanacak hukuka ilişkin koşulları da geçerlidir.
14. BU KOŞULLARDAKI DEĞIŞIKLIKLER
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler önemli olduğunda, yürürlük tarihini güncelleyecek ve gözden geçirilmiş Koşulları yayımlayacağız. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, gözden geçirilmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
15. İLETIŞIM VE APPLE BILDIRIMI
Bu Koşulların Apple ile değil, sizinle KolekciApps arasında olduğunu ve Apple'ın Uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu olmadığını kabul edersiniz. Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları, bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve bunları size karşı uygulayabilir. Uygulamayla ilgili her türlü bakım, destek, garanti, ürün sorumluluğu veya hukuki talep, Apple Standart EULA'da öngörülen ölçüde Apple'ın değil bizim sorumluluğumuzdadır.
