Applications Covered by This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications published by KolekciApps LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”):
- FaceMagic AI
- BabyScan
- BabyLingo
- PassPhoto
- AutoStudio
- APA Psychology Dictionary
Each application is referred to below as “the app”. Where an app does not offer a feature described in a section, that section does not apply to it. PDFai, WaPulse and SeenTrack are covered by their own separate documents, which are listed at kolekciapps.com/legal.
Information We Collect
The apps collect and process data only to provide app functionality. When you use a feature that requires processing, we may process the content you provide (such as prompts, photos, recordings or uploaded media) in order to produce the result you asked for.
Depending on which app you use and how you use it, the following data may be processed:
- User Content: Text you enter, and images, recordings or videos you upload or select.
- Generated Output: Images, videos or results produced by the app’s features.
- Technical Data: Basic request metadata required to deliver the service (for example device or operating system information, timestamps, IP address, and network identifiers), as needed for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
We do not sell your personal data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data described above for the following purposes:
- To provide the features you use (such as creating images and videos from your prompts and media, preparing a document photo, or analysing a recording).
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app, including preventing abuse and ensuring security.
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
Uploaded images, videos, recordings and prompts are processed only to fulfill your request. We aim to minimize the data we process and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.
Third-Party AI Services (fal.ai, Kling AI, Nano Banana, and similar providers)
Some of the apps covered by this policy offer AI-based generation or analysis features — for example FaceMagic AI, BabyScan and AutoStudio. Those apps use third-party AI infrastructure and model providers to produce results. In particular, we may route requests through fal.ai and use AI model providers available through fal.ai (for example services such as Kling AI, Nano Banana, and other similar providers) to process your prompts and uploaded media and return generated results.
APA Psychology Dictionary works fully offline and does not send your searches or content to any AI provider.
We obtain explicit user consent before transmitting any prompts, uploaded media, or related technical data to third-party AI providers.
What we send: When you use an AI feature, we may transmit the following to these third-party AI services:
- Text prompts and settings you provide (for example style, aspect ratio, and parameters).
- Images, recordings or videos you upload or select for generation, analysis or transformation.
- Technical data required to process the request (for example IP address and basic device, operating system, or network information).
Why we send it: This data is sent solely to generate the content you requested and to return the result to you.
Storage: We do not store your uploaded images, videos, recordings or prompts on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your request and deliver the output. We process the content temporarily and delete it from our systems as soon as it is no longer needed for processing and delivery.
Please note that third-party AI providers may process data on their infrastructure to provide the service. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We require our service providers to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
Other Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services to support app functionality, such as RevenueCat for handling in-app subscriptions. These services process data solely for their own operational purposes and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data during transmission and processing. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Your Choices
You may choose not to use the AI features of an app. If you do use them, your prompts and uploaded media will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. If you contact us for support, please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your data, write to us at the address below and state which app you use. We answer within 24 hours, every day.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.

- Üretim, analiz veya dönüştürme için yüklediğiniz ya da seçtiğiniz görseller, ses kayıtları veya videolar.

Neden gönderiyoruz: Bu veriler yalnızca talep ettiğiniz içeriği üretmek ve sonucu size döndürmek için gönderilir.
