FaceMagic AI collects and processes data only to provide app functionality. When you use AI features, we may process the content you provide (such as prompts and uploaded media) in order to generate images and/or videos.

Depending on how you use the app, the following data may be processed:

User Content: Text prompts you enter, and images or videos you upload or select.

Generated Output: Images or videos produced by the AI features.

Technical Data: Basic request metadata required to deliver the service (for example device or operating system information, timestamps, IP address, and network identifiers), as needed for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

We do not sell your personal data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data described above for the following purposes:

To provide AI-based generation features (such as creating concepts, images, and videos from your prompts and media).

To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app, including preventing abuse and ensuring security.

Uploaded images, videos, and prompts are processed only to fulfill your request. We aim to minimize the data we process and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.

Third-Party AI Services (fal.ai, Kling AI, Nano Banana, and similar providers)

FaceMagic AI uses third-party AI infrastructure and model providers to generate content. In particular, we may route requests through fal.ai and use AI model providers available through fal.ai (for example services such as Kling AI, Nano Banana, and other similar providers) to process your prompts and uploaded media and return generated results.

We obtain explicit user consent before transmitting any prompts, uploaded media, or related technical data to third-party AI providers.

What we send: When you use AI features, we may transmit the following to these third-party AI services:

Text prompts and settings you provide (for example style, aspect ratio, and parameters).

Images or videos you upload or select for generation or transformation.

Technical data required to process the request (for example IP address and basic device, operating system, or network information).

Why we send it: This data is sent solely to generate the content you requested and to return the result to you.

Storage: We do not store your uploaded images, videos, or prompts on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your request and deliver the generated output. We process the content temporarily and delete it from our systems as soon as it is no longer needed for processing and delivery.

Please note that third-party AI providers may process data on their infrastructure to provide the service. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We require our service providers to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Other Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to support app functionality, such as RevenueCat for handling in-app subscriptions. These services process data solely for their own operational purposes and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data during transmission and processing. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

You may choose not to use the AI features of the app. If you do use AI features, your prompts and uploaded media will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. If you contact us for support, please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
