Data & Account Deletion — WaPulse

Kolekciapps operates the WaPulse mobile application. You can request deletion of your personal data or the account linked to your device.

What can be deleted

When we process a valid request, we aim to delete or anonymize, where applicable:

  • Your app account (device-based identifier)

  • Tracked phone numbers and labels you added

  • Activity reports and notification preferences associated with your account

  • Push notification tokens linked to your account

Some data may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, or unresolved payment disputes.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@kolekciapps.com

  2. Subject: WaPulse — Data deletion request

  3. Include (if possible):

    • That you use WaPulse

    • Your device type (e.g. iPhone / Android)

    • Approximate date you started using the app

    • Whether you want full account deletion or specific data removed

We may ask you to confirm your request to protect your account.

Processing time

We respond to verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

Uninstalling the app

Removing WaPulse from your device does not automatically delete data on our servers. To delete server-side data, you must send a request using the steps above.
