WaPulse Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WaPulse mobile application ("WaPulse", "the App"), operated by KolekciApps LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

WaPulse is an activity-tracking utility that lets you follow the publicly available online status of contacts you choose to add, and provides reports, notifications, and analytics based on that information. WaPulse is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using WaPulse you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will only track contacts in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable local laws.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use WaPulse only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any person, or in any way that violates the rights or privacy of others. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the App.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

WaPulse offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Weekly Premium (1 week)
  • Monthly Premium (1 month)

Payment will be charged to the store account you purchased with (Google Play or, where the App is distributed there, your Apple ID) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are confirmed before purchase.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time through your store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

6. PRIVACY

Your use of WaPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://kolekciapps.com/privacy2, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Data and account deletion requests are described at https://kolekciapps.com/data-deletion.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

WaPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that online status information is complete, accurate, or available at all times, as it depends on third-party data and network conditions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KolekciApps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

WaPulse Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), KolekciApps LLC (“biz”, “bize”) tarafından işletilen WaPulse mobil uygulamasını (“WaPulse”, “Uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz.

1. HİZMET

WaPulse, eklemeyi seçtiğiniz kişilerin herkese açık çevrimiçi durum bilgisini takip etmenizi sağlayan bir etkinlik izleme aracıdır; bu bilgilere dayalı rapor, bildirim ve analizler sunar. WaPulse bağımsız bir uygulamadır; WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. veya bunların bağlı kuruluşlarıyla bağlantılı DEĞİLDİR, onlar tarafından onaylanmamış ve desteklenmemektedir. Tüm ticari markalar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

2. YAŞ KOŞULU

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 17 yaşında ya da bulunduğunuz ülkedeki reşit olma yaşında olmalısınız. WaPulse’u kullanarak bu koşulu sağladığınızı ve kişileri yalnızca hukuka uygun biçimde, geçerli yerel yasalara uyarak takip edeceğinizi beyan edersiniz.

3. KABUL EDİLEBİLİR KULLANIM

WaPulse’u yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulamayı hiç kimseyi taciz etmek, takip etmek, tehdit etmek ya da zarar vermek için veya başkalarının haklarını ya da mahremiyetini ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsınız. Uygulamanın sunduğu bilgileri nasıl kullandığınızdan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.

4. ABONELİKLER VE ÖDEMELER

WaPulse otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunar:

  • Haftalık Premium (1 hafta)
  • Aylık Premium (1 ay)

Satın alma onaylandığında ücret, satın alma yaptığınız mağaza hesabından (Google Play veya Uygulamanın dağıtıldığı yerlerde Apple Kimliğiniz) tahsil edilir. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir. Hesabınız, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde yenileme için ücretlendirilir. Aboneliklerinizi satın aldıktan sonra mağaza hesabı ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Sunulması hâlinde, ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur. Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişebilir ve satın alma öncesinde onaylanır.

5. İPTAL

Mağaza abonelik ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur; o zamana kadar premium özelliklere erişiminiz sürer. Yasanın gerektirdiği hâller dışında kısmi dönemler için iade yapılmaz.

6. GİZLİLİK

WaPulse’u kullanımınız aynı zamanda, verilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklayan https://kolekciapps.com/privacy2 adresindeki Gizlilik Politikamıza tabidir. Veri ve hesap silme talepleri https://kolekciapps.com/data-deletion adresinde anlatılır.

7. GARANTİ REDDİ

WaPulse, hiçbir türde garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekilde” sunulur. Çevrimiçi durum bilgisinin eksiksiz, doğru veya her zaman erişilebilir olacağını garanti etmeyiz; bu bilgi üçüncü taraf verilerine ve ağ koşullarına bağlıdır.

8. SORUMLULUĞUN SINIRLANDIRILMASI

Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde KolekciApps LLC; Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

9. KOŞULLARDAKİ DEĞİŞİKLİKLER

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, gözden geçirilmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
